My paintings emerge from the moment—intuitively, spontaneously, and in constant dialogue with what is already there. I work primarily in the abstract and experiment with acrylic and oil paints, layering, and overpainting. For me, it’s not about the perfect painting, but about the process—about discovery and transformation.

My works are serene yet vibrant—they speak of change, of traces, of what remains, and of what reveals itself anew time and again.

I am delighted when my art moves people, raises questions, and opens up new perspectives.

Profile

Max Biedermann

Artist & Educator

Dresden, Germany

Born in 1994

Techniques

Acrylic / Oil / Mixed media

Overpainting / Collage

Inspiration

Nature, People, Emotions,

Everyday Life, Travel, the Unknown

Exhibitions

2025 “Unbekannt – Unknown,” Kuppelhalle Tharandt

I am an artist from Dresden.
