In 2017 she accomplished her master\u2019s degree in photography at AKV St. Joost in Breda. She works and lives in Rotterdam. The centre of her artistic practice consists in applying semiotics and sacred art research to an ongoing, participatory film practice, by involving groups of people in reflecting on their identity and representation in history.<br>Among other interdisciplinary works, her favourite ones are: her first short Roundabout Love, Roundabout Tehran, about secret love and sexual life of Persian youth in Iran, which premiered at Organ Vida (Zagreb, 2017), and it was screened at the Open Doek Festival (2018, Rotterdam); her work Further Than Hip Hop, about identity and spirituality of youngsters with a diaspora background, which was presented as Solo exhibitions at TENT (Rotterdam, 2020), at the Noorderlicht International Photography Festival, (Groningen, 2020), and it was part of History Matter\u2019s film program during Ketikoti at Lantaren Venster (Rotterdam, 2022); and her last musical documentary about diversity in the Feyenoord Club, So Loud The Sky Can Hear Us, which premiered at IFFR (Rotterdam, 2022) and traveled for several festivals in the Netherlands and around Europe, NFF (Utrecht, 2022) included.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This translation has been produced automatically and may contain errors and inaccuracies.
