Moved with her family from Tetuán to Málaga at the age of six.
There and in Rome, she studied art, literature, and linguistics. After receiving a scholarship from the Spanish Foreign Ministry, she worked at the Spanish Embassy in Berlin, where she organized various art exhibitions. Shortly thereafter, she moved to the Institute of Romance Studies in Dresden.
Currently, she is the director of the Institute of Latin American Studies at TU Dresden and is pursuing a doctorate at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Growing up in an artistic family, she developed an early interest in painting. During her studies, she received awards and recognition for some of her short stories and poems, such as the literature prize from the renowned writer: Giner de los Rios.
A major source of artistic inspiration for her drawings is the elements of water and air. And also, very profound thoughts, music, and literary works.
