My name is Harmanjot Kaur.

In 2011, I successfully completed the training to become a pregnancy yoga teacher, postpartum yoga teacher, and birth preparation trainer with the “Berliner Arbeitsgruppe für Natürliche Geburt” in 3HO.

My first encounter with Kundaliniyoga was through my eldest daughter, who practiced children’s yoga for a long time. With the pregnancy of my second daughter, I had the opportunity to experience Kundaliniyoga myself.
Although I initially had some reservations about this style of yoga, especially because of the singing, I felt right at home in my very first class.

I didn’t miss a single class until the birth, as the time of yoga experience fulfilled me. After the birth, I attended postpartum yoga classes for many months. When my yoga teacher asked me if I would be interested in becoming a pregnancy yoga teacher, I couldn’t imagine it at first. But the seed was planted and only needed a few weeks to sprout…

On the first training weekend seven years ago, I immediately knew that this was exactly my path and I am still very grateful that the seed was planted!

Since early 2011, I have been teaching pregnancy yoga and postpartum yoga at several locations in Berlin; in birthing centers, midwifery practices, and community centers… and I have found great joy and fulfillment in this. Because I wanted to deepen and expand my knowledge and especially my experiences, I started the training to become a Kundaliniyoga teacher Level 1 with Shiv Charan Singh in February 2012, completed it in early 2013, and have been teaching Kundaliniyoga for everyone since then.
In 2018, I was also able to complete Level 2 with my teacher Shiv Charan Singh, opening up a new path for me – that of a trainer for Kundaliniyoga teachers. I am excited to start this journey and be able to accompany the students of the Dresden Kundaliniyoga teacher training Level 1 not only as an organizer but also as a trainer.

Due to my personal experiences, I have specialized in yoga around childbirth.
To be able to support women even more comprehensively during this special time and actually be there for them during these very intense hours, I completed the training to become a Doula in 2012. I now accompany women before, during, and after childbirth in a very personal and individual way. You can learn more about this heartfelt service at www.doula-sein.de

With humility and deep gratitude, I want to pass on the teachings and techniques as well as the inherent magic of it all.
It is a great joy for me to live, teach, work, and BE in this wonderful place…
