Minimal Cafe & Bar was born from a group of close friends who love to gather, share drinks, food, and music together. This idea led us to the desire of extending this unique spirit to other people in Neustadt. We found a beautiful spot near the “Assi Eck” where we could bring this idea to life.
But why “Minimal”? Because we wanted it to be just like us: not overly luxurious, but cozy and inviting. Everything in our cafe was crafted from the ground up – from A to Z. Even from small things, we’ve created a warm atmosphere. The term “Minimal” can have multiple meanings, but in the end, it’s simple and beautiful.
Our roots are in Middle Eastern cuisine – the food, drinks, and sweets that have shaped us. Immerse yourself in our unique atmosphere and enjoy the culinary diversity of the Middle East.
