The cellar pub ‘Oosteinde’ was founded in 1999, had established itself as a primeval rock at the eastern end of Dresden Neustadt and then had to close a few years ago. From 1867 to 1960, personal hygiene was practised here in the ‘Louisenbad’.

The venue is now being revitalised for the Neustadt Art Festival and offers space for exhibitions, concerts and readings.
